1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products received at the time of delivery.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.

Used or physically damaged products (not due to transit)
Products purchased on sale or under promotional offers (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at refunds@turbowprime.com with your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
Attach clear photos or videos of the product showing the defect or damage.
Our support team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as provided by the customer.
5. Return Shipping
In case of a defective or incorrect product, TURBOW PRIME will bear the return shipping charges.
A pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner, or a return label will be provided.
