2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders above ₹499
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges may apply
Express Shipping: Available at extra cost (if applicable)
3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS so you can monitor the delivery status.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India and select international locations.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate.
TURBOW PRIME is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In case of a failed delivery, we will attempt to contact you or reschedule delivery as per logistics partner policy.
6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and order details.
